Please note that we require security staff at all events, and a TABC-certified bartender is required for all events where alcohol is to be consumed or served. These services must be contracted through Black Ranch Events at Willow Lake and are at additional cost over the basic rental fee.
The Garden Building is climate-controlled, with 19 wooden tables and 100 wooden chairs inside and seats 100 people, with an additional 100 chairs for outside use. Outside, a 12' x 20' cedar gazebo, a 1200 sq. ft. dance floor, and bandstand are situated in the cool shade under trees, within sight of the lovely waterfall, fountains, and garden bridges. The beauty of the Garden Hall Venue makes it particularly popular with photographers. The maximum capacity of this venue is 300 people.
We now offer our Wedding Ceremony Package for those who require a beautiful venue for the wedding ceremony itself, without a reception afterwards or kitchen access. Your ceremony can be held at either the Gardens or Barn venues, indoors or out, and you have the use of the dressing rooms. Your wedding party can have up to 20 people in attendance. You are welcome to bring your photographer. The cost is $200 for 1.5 hours, and you can reserve extra time at $100 per hour beyond the initial 1.5 hours. PLEASE NOTE that your reservation must be made no earlier than 2 months before the date you desire. Call us for further details and to reserve your date and time!
